Who Are We?

Woodcock Bros (Wimbledon) ltd is a family based property development company that has been based in Wimbledon since the 1950’s where we were primarily dealing with contracting work but then started to develop both commercial and residential sites from the mid 70’s.

About Us

Through some very prestigious developments in Wimbledon ranging from 57 luxury flats to commercial developments of 30,000 square feet, we have been able to create a substantial portfolio that has made us one of the leading developers in the area.

Since a restructure in 2005 we have been expanding our range and we have completed developments further away from our base in Wimbledon and have also diversified to refurbishments ranging from 4bed houses of 2800 square foot up to 7 bed 6500 square foot.

Because we are a family company every new home we build receives individual, professional attention from the moment it first appears on the drawing board, right through to the development completion and final clean.

We are innovative in design and specification, whilst being discerning in our adoption of new trends. We focus keenly on anticipating, identifying and satisfying our home buyers’ demands in location, design and the delivery of a new home. Our build designs can be contemporary or classical depending on the market, but our approach to build quality and customer service are reassuringly traditional

As far as the Company’s approach to land buying is concerned; Woodcock Brothers has a very straight forward commitment, which is first and foremost to search for Brownfield sites and parcels of land in areas where a collection of outstanding new homes will add value and enhance the area.
